ABOUT ME
BACKGROUND
I am the proud daughter of Vietnam War veterans Goldie Jackson and Wilfred Jackson, a decorated soldier, who among many other service medals received the Purple Heart.

A member of the SWO Big Coulee District, I felt called to leadership and follow my uncle Alvah Quinn, who upon his passing, was representing Big Coulee on Council.
​
Since 2018, I have been honored to represent Big Coulee on Tribal Council. This experience has inspired me to take a hands-on approach to service, as Vice Chairwoman, for the betterment of our entire Oyate.
​
To the Vice Chairwoman role, I bring over twenty years of public service to our tribe in various management and executive roles from law enforcement, legal affairs, budgeting and gaming to tribal legislative affairs.

Years ago, the SWO collectively formed, from our own hands, sweat and tears, hearts and minds, a vision of self-sufficiency for all SWO members and a means to turn that vision in a reality for all.
This is the legacy we inherited from those who came before us and the legacy we give to our children to pass on to their own for them to follow.

I want to represent Big Coulee to ensure that SWO's treasury and financial bounty reaches ALL of our Oyate not just a few.​
